One of Peach Property’s most recently completed restoration projects is The Star Building, located at 510 N 7th Avenue in Tucson’s historic Warehouse Arts District. The building which was formerly the location of Star Auto Parts in the 1940’s and 50’s has been transformed into 16,000 square feet of urban commercial loft spaces. This new mixed use project was completed at a development cost of approximately $1,800,000 and is the 7th building completed by Peach Properties in the Warehouse Arts District since 1985. Schwabe is particularly pleased with the reception of his latest project, “The Star Building exemplifies the essence of the Warehouse Arts District. Buildings like these, help cultivate and add to the character of one of Tucson’s finest growing neighborhoods”. New tenant, Jeremy Brown from Complete Canine Dog Grooming agrees, “We are very excited to be in the Star building because it’s such a cool, restored building in a wonderful neighborhood. By making this move, we have already acquired new clients through word of mouth”. For rental opportunities, click here.
