Peach Properties began in 1982 when we broke ground on the first of many units we would come to build in Tucson. Pursuing a vision of innovative and honest residential developments, we became pioneers of compact residential units and senior housing. Over the next 17 years, we broadened our reach into five western states, constructing thousands of new residential units. As we grew, so did our partnerships and client relationships with Asian Pacific Rim companies. We sold off our residential business to Japan’s largest management company, Housemate Kanari, in the early 2000s.
Since the early 2000s, we have sought out under-appreciated properties and repurposed thousands of square feet of empty space into some of Tucson’s most loved buildings. Applying years of experience in unconventional residential development, we noticed the potential for activation and light in otherwise dim and undesirable buildings. We’ve taken the path not traveled through under-appreciated neighborhoods and passed-over buildings, transforming them with attention to light and creative reuse of space. Our success lies in our clients’ genuine favor for authentic spaces in peripheral, yet faithful, locations.
Today, we’re a deeply seasoned team with experience in reuse development and innovative new ground-up urban master planning. We continue to pursue new construction and redevelopment projects in both prime and up-and-coming urban locations and are proud to be a driver of Downtown Tucson’s rejuvenation.

Alena is a Tucson transplant by way of Boulder, Colorado. Before moving here in 2019 she completed degrees in the humanities while working in a local zero waste shop that would one day inspire her to begin her own right here in downtown Tucson. When Alena isn’t behind the reception desk at Brings Coworking, she is running her shop a few blocks away, tending her rooftop garden, or trying to walk her very obstinate and fearful dog. You can often see her carrying that 55 pound dog around downtown.
