Another outstanding example of Peach Properties’ historical redevelopment and reuse is 119 E. Toole Ave. Originally scheduled for demolition, the decision by the Arizona Department of Transportation to auction this property and others along Toole Ave. has infused new life into the Historic Warehouse Arts District. It also serves as a unifying link between neighborhoods located on either side of the railroad tracks located just north of the building.
