Broadway Blvd and Sixth Ave
75 Broadway will be Tucson’s largest core retail mixed use project in over 50 years. The Peach partnership controls over 60,000 square feet of street retail bordered by Congress and 6th Avenue. The development includes a retail market side and pedestrian alley through the middle of the block. The new 14-story building will contain a 120,000 square foot premium open floor plan office. The three top floors will be 80 studio flat residential units. The project will commence with construction in 2020 with a budget of approximately $60,000,000.
